Kathleen Brady Ross

Pianist, Producer, Singer-Songwriter

Steamboat Springs, United States

Kathleen Brady Ross, aka Kathleen, is a self-taught musician, singer-songwriter, and producer from Colorado. Her upbringing was deeply influenced by the intersection of healthcare and the outdoors, as her parents worked in both fields. The intensity and empathy of medical conversations at home, combined with the reverence and play of the Rocky Mountains, are major forces that have shaped Kathleen’s songwriting.

Her art and activism are rooted in understanding human development, pain, and healing, and how these intersect with the environment’s growth, suffering, and recovery. Kathleen holds a degree in creative writing and poetry from CU Boulder. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles, where she has collaborated with artists and producers such as Olivia Rodrigo, Kesha, Hudson Mohawke, Rick Rubin, Dan Nigro, Rob Moose, Ariel Rechtshaid, and many others.
