Jiha Park

Jiha Park is a composer and performer of traditional Korean instruments, such as Piri, Taepyungso, Saenghwang and Yanggeum. As the leader the ‘숨[su:m]’ ensemble, Jiha has worked constantly for six years performing groundbreaking and modern music rooted in traditional Korean instrument performance. She released her first album Rhythmic Space: A Pause for Breath’ in 2010, collaborating with artists across various disciplines including theater, film, dance and architecture.
