SCOPE 

Found Sound Nation, Inc is a 501(c) (3) organization that runs several programs including but not limited to OneBeat, Mosaic and Telephenesis amongst others. This Notice applies to information that we collect through our websites and other services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we collect 

We collect information, including Personally Identifiable Information when you sign up for a user account through our online application, participate in our online programs, or otherwise communicate with Found Sound Nation. Personally Identifiable Information means your full name and other information that personally identifies you.

We may also collect, use, store, and share certain usage information and system identifiers and metadata.

Account login credentials, such as usernames and passwords, password hints and similar security information.

We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

“Found Sound Nation” uses the information we collect to deliver our programs and Services. We may also use the information to communicate with you about the Programs or Services and to give you

Collection of data from children 

Our Services are generally not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a person under 13 years of age has registered, we will delete any Personally Identifiable Information of such person from our records.

Your California privacy rights 

If you are a California resident, you may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties or affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes.
