OneBeat 2012 alumna Amir ElSaffar was announced as a recipient of the New Music USA 2022 Creator Development Fund. This grant will go toward a multi-media creation featuring electro-acoustic music by Amir ElSaffar on trumpet, voice, santur, and modular synthesizer accompanied by animated oscillographic visual art created by musician, producer, filmmaker, and visual artist Devin Greenwood.
