Dunnie Alexandra Lawal, aka Dunnie, is a producer and singer from Lagos with a degree in sociology. A talented self-taught producer, Dunnie uses her music to connect with others and express her most authentic self. Dunnie is a particularly notable producer in Nigeria, as the first female Afrobeats producer in the country. She has had a significant impact on the Nigerian music scene and the lives of other young artists, not only as a role model in a male-dominated industry, but also through her work as an educator and artist. Dunnie has served as a mentor in the Nahla Initiative, a 10 day bootcamp for female identifying artists supported by YouTube Music.
