Corilia is from Arroyo Hondo and was raised along the acequia. With friends and family she has reestablished two venitas to fallow ag lands and as their caregiver is building soil and habitat for these properties. She is a Land Fellow with the National Young Farmer Coalition which aims to secure a million acres of agricultural lands with the upcoming Farm Bill. This advocacy is dedicated for the next diverse generation of farmers and ranchers in the USA.
