OneBeat Taiwan brings together 12 dynamic musician-educators from Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the United States interested in developing tools for music education and uplifting indigenous traditions for a two week intensive two-week musical residency in Hualien on Taiwan’s east coast.
